Meditation

Meditation is a powerful practice that invites stillness, presence, and clarity. By turning inward, you create space to observe your thoughts, calm the mind, and regulate the nervous system. Over time, it reduces stress, improves emotional balance, and deepens inner peace. In our guided sessions, you’ll be supported to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses vibrational frequencies to calm the mind, relax the body, and rebalance the nervous system. As you lie back and receive the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs, your body begins to shift into a meditative, parasympathetic state—ideal for healing and deep rest.

Journaling

Mindfulness Journaling is a gentle practice of self-reflection. Through guided prompts, you’ll explore your thoughts and emotions with clarity and compassion. It helps reduce stress, deepen self-awareness, and create space for emotional release and inner calm.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice that builds strength, flexibility, and inner focus. Moving fluidly from one posture to the next, you'll cultivate a sense of presence and ease in both body and mind. This energising flow helps release tension, improve circulation, and reset your nervous system—leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and revitalised.

Holistic Workshops

Our Holistic Workshops are designed to support deep nervous system reset and lasting integration. Blending science-based tools with mindful practices, these sessions help you understand how stress affects the body - and how to gently rewire your response. You’ll gain practical techniques to regulate your nervous system, shift patterns, and bring more calm, clarity, and resilience into your everyday life.

Full Body Massage

A full body massage is a powerful way to release stored tension and invite deep relaxation. This calming treatment enhances circulation, eases fatigue, and supports your body’s natural healing processes - helping you fully unwind and sink into the restorative rhythm of the retreat.

Pranayama Yin Yoga

Pranayama Yin Yoga combines slow, mindful breathing with long-held, gentle stretches. This practice helps calm the nervous system, increase flexibility, and release deep-seated tension. By connecting breath with stillness, you create space for relaxation, emotional balance, and greater body awareness - supporting a profound sense of peace and restoration.

Contrast Therapy (Queenstown only)

Contrast Therapy combines the invigorating cold of ice baths with the soothing heat of the sauna to reset and revitalise your body and mind. Alternating between hot and cold helps boost circulation, reduce inflammation, support immune function, and enhance mental clarity. This powerful practice not only awakens your senses but also strengthens your resilience—leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply alive.

Floating Sound Healing (Auckland only)

Floating Sound Healing is a deeply soothing experience where you lie on a floating bed in a warm pool, gently supported by water as healing sounds wash over you. Since water conducts sound more effectively than air, the vibrations from singing bowls and ambient instruments are felt more deeply throughout your body. This amplifies relaxation, calms the nervous system, and promotes a profound sense of stillness, weightlessness, and inner peace.
