Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Making sure you're happy with your purchase

Thank you for shopping at Travelfox Zen – The Well-Being Boutique. 

We want you to love your purchased product! Please contact us within 14 days with your concerns – We are committed to make it right for you.

Overview

Purchased items will ship from our studio in Christchurch, New Zealand within 3–4 business days to your address, unless otherwise noted. The shipping timeframe is subject to current demand and availability – We will contact you immediately in case we cannot meet our normal shipping timeframe. You will always receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has been processed for shipping.

Please note, that Travelfox Zen currently only ships within New Zealand. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged post arrival or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Damaged Items on Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 3 days of order delivery. Please remember the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural, so they will have slight variations from batch to batch.

Travelfox Zen is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us via our contact form or via oders[at]travelfox.world – We will get back to you with detailed instructions on how to return the defective item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in contact with you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days – The timeframe is dependant on the method of payment and payment processor. We do not have the ability to speed up this process, once in motion.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact form or via oders[at]travelfox.world.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, which excludes any sale or promotional items.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us via our contact form or via oders[at]travelfox.world – We will get back to you with detailed instructions on how to return the defective item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
