All Meditation Cushions have a machine washable cover made from 100% ethical & sustainable European linen with a very soft and luxurious feel. The inner cushion is made from 100% cotton with all natural oat hulls filling.

So Luxurious to use, it is really supportive when I’m sitting upright, I usually get tight hips on my bolster (it’s more soft) I feel the support both in shape and height of the meditation cushion allows some relaxation of my hips while meditating ( Less wiggling to get comfortable) Ticks all the boxes for me, sustainable, lovely fabric and colours, I highly recommend 😊
