Filling – Organic linseeds

Filling all of our Therapy Bags with linseeds has unlocked absolutely brilliant properties, which we value everyday: The whole linseeds contain essential oil which retains heat a lot better than other filling material.

Uses

Hot or warm use recommended: Sore & tight muscles, period cramps, general well-being & comfort 

Cold use recommended: Sprains & strains, swelling

Instructions – Heat Therapy 

Microwave

Place the Hand & Pocket Warmers alongside a small bowl of water in a microwave.

Heat in 45-second intervals at 900 watt until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 2 minutes).

Oven

Preheat oven to 150° Celsius (or lower).

Place the Hand & Pocket Warmers in an oven dish and put alongside a small bowl of water in the preheated oven. Turn the Bag after 5 minutes and heat for another 5 minutes. If the desired temperature is not yet achieved, turn again and heat for another 5 minutes.

Do not overheat! Always test the temperature of your Therapy Bag before applying to your skin.

Instructions – Cold Therapy

Freezer

Place the Hand & Pocket Warmers for approx. 30 minutes in a freezer. If you’d like to leave it in the freezer for longer, place the Therapy Bag in a freezer-safe container.
