Run a bath with water as hot as possible, fill your bathtub to about ¾ or less. In the meantime, fill about half of the well mixed Botanical Bath in the included, reusable bag. Close the bag tight, using the supplied string. Then add it to your bath and let it steep for about 10 mins or longer. If the water is still too hot to touch, add cold water to your liking. Place the Rose Quartz inside or next to your bathtub for positive energy. Enjoy and breathe deeply.
